Crated & protected
Your slab is wrapped, padded and crated or palletized to travel safely.
LTL freight
It ships less‑than‑truckload (LTL) freight with a carrier selected for your route.
Dock or curbside delivery
Delivery is to a loading dock or curbside, depending on your address and options.
Inspect on arrival
Check the crate and slab before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
What affects cost
Freight is priced per shipment. Your quote reflects:
- SizeLength, width and crate dimensions.
- WeightSpecies, thickness and crating all add weight.
- DestinationDistance and region within the lower 48.
- Residential vs. commercialDeliveries to homes are often priced differently than to businesses with a dock.
- LiftgateNeeded if there's no loading dock at the delivery address.
